1) Wear a good fragrence - most men dont wear fragrence , this can really separate you from the crowd.
2) Wear clothes that fit you well, this means shirts that have sleeves that are the right length and tailored fit around the waist shoulders and back, trousers or jeans the right length where the ends dont show your ankles when you sit and where the length is not crevessing when your standing(too long)
3) Hair , and facial hair / stubble- this areas should be well groomed regularly.
4) Use cleverly chosen accessories, watch , belt , shoes , try and wear cufflinks and also a moneyclip is a good accessory ( use with a few flash notes)

Friday Night
Well its friday once again, looks like am a little short of cash this week ah well it means I can be here updating my little blog for all you people out there,
I have some girl mates one of whom is hitting 30 very soon and so is looking for a guy, now I can clearly see that women generally can have a fast life when it comes to love.
They go on lots of dates , generally never have a shortage of guys willing to date them, but they can get through many guys maybe because they are not so much into the guy or the guy is not so much into them but what I have seen is there is very few guys that have quite the ride that some girls have , the few that do are 'players' and rather like running a business there is one key skill that enables them to have lots of dates with girls , the skill is 'organisation' I aliken it to running a business, you have so many little problems you have to deal with in order to get success in this game.
Girl is most likely to date guys straight after she finished with someone at this point her mates try an see if there is any guys out there they know of that can match up with her.
For guy it is somewhat harder guy has to wait until he finds a girl in this position, if a girl is single then single girls can be single for many reasons but the best reason a single girl is single is because she has just split with the last fella she was with.

Detox and Colon Cleansing Colonix review part 1
Last week I recieved my Colonix colon cleanse kit, for those of you that dont know what this is it is meant to clear out your intestines of toxic matter build up rather like a detox, you do this for a month or 3 and you end up with a flatter stomach , more energy , less allergies less hunger better skin etc etc.... well I took the powder for a few days and the tablets and your are meant to drink this tea before bed, did all that , and then I became ...consipated! top it all a feeling of bloatedness as well. now I have only been on this for a few days and will report again soon if my health or energy improves but so far the results to my feeling of wellbeing have been negative lets hope the cleansing process is actually doing me some long term good!
