Keeping in Shape and BodyBuilding

Well Bodybuilding is something I have been doing for about 10 years , and no I have never got to the lean and ripped levels that some of the people out there have.

But I have learned a few things:

1) Stick to a plan

2) Be Disciplined

3) Get a Training Partner

4) Make it a routine

5) Make eating the right foods and excerising into a way of life

6) Try out different things to see what works and what doesnt work

These common-sense no nonsense tips will help you get to your goals.

As for the supplment industry , there is a lot of stuff out there that I have tried over the years
that doesnt really work.

Let me tell you what does:

1) Creatine
2) Horny Goat Weed
3) Tribulus
4) ZMA
5) Whey Protein
6) MAss Gainer ( also makes you fat)
7) The ECA Stack ( for slimming) (banned by FDA in USA an UK)
8) Glutamine


when getting in shape there are a few different goals we all strive for:

Get Big
Get Slim
Get Ripped
Get Big and Ripped

Most people I know want to get like the latter, I have not known anyone without the
use of steroids or the higher power supplements get big and ripped on food alone.

The first 3 are somewhat easier to achieve, having been like that at various stages in my life.

The hardest part of it all I find is buying preparing and cooking all the food you need to get there.

For the steroid user I think it is a lot easier the main thing I have heard is the recovery times is shorter.

For many years I was trying to follow a instense training plan that was more suited to the steroid user and not the drug free bodybuilder, now I realise that rest days are really important.
