January 2011...Winter Blues!

Well here we are in January 2011 after a large dose of snow in London over christmas and a few good new years eves parties it feels like one big hangover , except that its REAL , we are seeing real bad economy with prices going up ! an more misery to come people losing jobs divorce going up petrol going up food going up i could go on an on...yes it is affecting everyone over here. Well there is one good thing left for us all and its free

On Monday 14th July, the CEO and Founder Markus Frind opened up his 26th floor office in downtown Vancouver. Plentyoffish.com has hired its first six employees, the first six of a planned thirty person team that is being assembled to help roll out new advertising programs



Uniques is a GREAT metric. I also like visits because it shows that the unique visitors are actually active, as well. A site that does a lot of advertising will get a higher proportion of uniques and won't rank as well on visits if those users are bailing off the site quickly. Plentyoffish relies on word of mouth so will naturally get less uniques because of it. POF uniques numbers aren't propped up by advertising.

In short, both are good metrics. POF suffers under the uniques metric and is particularly strong on visits because members tend to stick around. They're not coming to the site from advertising so much as from word-of-mouth.

Yes it does,
Although many people say you can meet women anywhere and this is true to a extent.
There are places where your chances are greatly improved.

These are:

Holiday Locations in High Season
Common ones for europe include: Ibiza, Greek Islands, Cyprus, Majorca

Tourist Hot Spots at Central London

South Coast of England especially Brighton and Bournemouth

Newcastle

I would say you will find women looking and ready to meet you in these locations.

School of Seduction

For a period in my life I had problems with meeting girls.
It took a year or so of work, I looked for all resources I could find on the internet, amazon, asking people I know about things I can do to improve my chances of meeting women. Over time I learned a few things.

Shaping up with Fitness

The last post does what it says on the tin ie pack on muscle fast.
This post is about shaping and toning the body.
So how can we do that easily simply and effectively.

The main way is by Swimming, Swimming is one of the best all round exercises.
The benefits are endless.
By swimming you will shape your body into a natural and proportionate shape.
There will be slight emphasis on chest back and shoulders but this goes in line with
the classic V shape torso look.

The other area of fitness that is worth looking into is Weight training following a
disciplined plan this will be more difficult to implement but the results will be better.
I recommend to follow a proven plan that is already out there.
E.G Bill Phillips body for life
OR for the more advanced (drug assisted) something like the Arnold Level 1 workout programme (from his enclyclopedia of modern bodybuilding).
